| ParturAid® has been developed as a 'sports supplement' to be fed to sows during farrowing. Large litter sizes associated with modern pig breeds have increased the physical effort required by the sow at farrowing. The sow can become exhausted which can lead to increases in the numbers of stillborn pigs and neonatal mortality. |

ParturAid® helps prevent fatigue in the sow and thereby reduces the duration of farrowing.
This reduces the risk of oxygen starvation to piglets therefore helping to reduce stillbirths and reduce neonatal mortality. |
